What is the return policy?
All of our products are made to order. Returns or exchanges are not available for wrong size/color or incorrect shipping details.
Refunds or resends are possible:
- Before production: full refund
- During production: partial refund (minus production costs)
- After shipping: only for defective or wrong items, report within 30 days with order ID and photos/videos
- Shipping delays with correct address: refund or resend possible (see Delay Compensation Policy)
No refunds or resends for:
- Incorrect/incomplete recipient info
- Refusal to pay customs/duties or accept delivery
- Force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, war)
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
